Touro College
Campus Description
Touro College is a Jewish-sponsored independent institution of higher and professional education. The College was established primarily to enrich the Jewish heritage, and to serve the larger American community. Approximately 18,000 students are currently enrolled in the various schools and divisions of Touro.
The undergraduate Lander College of Liberal Arts and Sciences and the Graduate School of Jewish Studies embody the College's fundamental purposes. Through programs in Jewish Studies here and in Israel, the Humanities Core requirement, liberal arts and sciences majors, and outstanding pre-professional and professional programs, Touro offers students a distinctive educational experience.
